Sci-Tech is bringing their StarLab to our church!
On January 29, Sci-Tech is coming to the Congregational Church of Batavia with their StarLab, from 6 - 7 pm.
We can follow stars just as the Magi did long ago! Journey through the cosmos and explore the wonders of the universe—all while staying grounded right here on Earth!
Get ready for an exhilarating 60-minute voyage through the cosmos with your STARLab presentation! We’ll kick off by taking a closer look at the night sky, unraveling the mysteries of the stars above. Then, buckle up as we board the Saturn IV for an epic journey deep into space! Inside the inflatable dome theater, the rounded projection creates an immersive experience, making you feel like you're actually traveling through the galaxy. As we soar through the stars, you'll be captivated by the sights and sounds of space. Please note, all participants will sit on the floor during the presentation to fully embrace this out-of-this-world adventure!
We welcome all of our elementary and middle school students to this event and encourage you to bring a friend. Please RSVP to children@congregationalchurch.org with the number of people who will attend with you.
