Dr. Kimberly Rich; a grief educator, death doula, and end of life companion
The Congregational Church of Batavia continues the Fall Education Series with Dr. Kimberly Rich; a grief educator, death doula, and end of life companion. Kim’s journey with grief started following the sudden loss of her mother in 2021. It was then that she first recognized the power of relationship in grief, and also realized the ways that we can fail to support one another as end of life approaches as well as in times of grief.
Two different topics will be presented as part of the series. “Caring for Yourself and Others in Times of Grief.” will be on October 6, 6:00 pm. “Every Day Counts: A Practical Guide to Living Fully” will be on October 13, 6:00 pm. Both presentations are at the Congregational Church of Batavia, 21 S. Batavia, IL. There is no admission fee and all are welcome.
