$23,135 in Donations from our Christmas Gift Festival

The Congregational Church of Batavia annually holds a “Christmas Gift Festival”. Three local non profits are selected to be the recipients of donations during the Christmas season. Information about the purpose and mission of each the non profits are shared during a church service, and as well as an opportunity to meet with representatives of these agencies. This year we were able to collect $20,135 from the Christmas Gift Festival, and an additional $3000 earned from a rummage sale earlier this year to donate a total of $23,135 to Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans, Mutual Ground, and Suicide Prevention Services of America.
