This event is an invitation to people of all faiths to come together in the spirit of peace and togetherness.

The Batavia Islamic Center and the Congregational Church of Batavia invite you to an Interfaith Community Iftar on March 16, 6:30 pm.


Iftar is the meal at which Muslims break their fast in the holy month of Ramadan. This event is an invitation to people of all faiths to come together in the spirit of peace and togetherness. The event will begin with prayers, followed by an Indian meal buffet.

In respect for our Muslim brothers and sisters, please dress in modest attire and women should be prepared with a scarf or other head covering to participate in the Muslim prayer prior to dinner.


The event will be held at the Congregational Church of Batavia, 21 S. Batavia Ave. Please RSVP by March 10to the church office at 630-879-1999, or info@congregationalchurch.org
