Congregational Church of Batavia is partnering with Batavia MainStreet for EggHop

From the Batavia Patch —
With Easter less than a month away,
Batavia MainStreet released the schedule of events for its annual Egg Hop.

The event, which takes place across downtown Batavia April 8, the day before Easter, is held in conjunction with the Congregational Church of Batavia.



Scheduled to occur from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the not-for-profit downtown Batavia organization said the Egg Hop is "sure to be a great time."


Take a look at the schedule of events for the day:

  • 10 a.m. to noon — Hop around downtown businesses for candy and prizes
  • 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. — Giant bubbles at Peg Bond Center
  • 10:15 a.m. — Egg hunt at Appleton Park for children ages 3 and under
  • 10:30 a.m. — Spring stories with the Batavia Public Library at Peg Bond Center
  • 11 a.m. — Learn the Bunny Hop with Batavia Academy of Dance
  • 11:30 a.m. — Children's song time with Congregational Church of Batavia
  • 12:30 p.m. — Raffle drawings at Peg Bond Center
